Measure your body and the seat
Compare seat width, hip measurement, shoulder width and backrest height. Size names such as Standard or XL are not universal, so always use the dimensions of the exact product.

FIT COMES FIRST
A good seat needs to suit your body, driving position and cockpit mounts. Appearance matters, but width, side support, back angle, padding and mounting hardware determine how the seat performs during longer sessions.

GT and rally often use a more upright position, while Formula requires greater recline and a different pedal position. Check that the seat shape works with the cockpit's intended angle.
Many bucket seats use separate side mounts and can be combined with a slider. Check bolt spacing, mount width and which parts are included with the seat and cockpit.
Greater side support holds the body in place but can make entry and longer sessions more demanding. Padding, cushions and seat angle affect comfort as much as the outer material.
A product may include only the seat. Side mounts, sliders, seat bases and the cockpit are often sold separately. Always check the box contents so the mounting solution is complete from the start.
NOT SURE ABOUT COMPATIBILITY?
Tell us which cockpit you use and share your measurements, and we will help check fit, side mounts and sliders before ordering.
No. The seat mounting points, side brackets and cockpit seat base must work together. Separate mounts, sliders or adapter plates may be required.
Measure hip width and compare it with the seat's internal width, while also checking the shoulders, backrest and leg support. Do not choose by the size name alone.
Not always, but sliders simplify adjustment when several people use the simulator or when more room is needed for entry. They can also raise the seat slightly.
It depends on fit, padding and seating angle. A seat that matches your body can provide good support, while the wrong width or angle quickly becomes uncomfortable.
