Price match terms

Price matching in Sweden

Price matching is available only for orders delivered within Sweden and applies only to Swedish-registered retailers displaying prices in SEK, including Swedish VAT. We do not price-match retailers based outside Sweden or prices intended for other markets.

Request before ordering

Contact us using the form before you place your order. We will check the competitor’s offer and get back to you with a decision and instructions for completing your purchase if the price match is approved.

A current, verifiable price

The competitor’s price must be public, current and verifiable when you submit your request.

The same new product

The product must be new and identical: the same model, variant and contents. It must be in stock with the competitor and available to order and deliver to your address on equivalent terms. For offers available only for store collection, the shipping terms below apply.

The product must be available to order from SimEdge and in stock for delivery from the competitor when we review the offer. Submitting a request does not reserve the product or the competitor’s price.

Regular promotional prices are included

We also match regular public promotional prices from Swedish retailers. The exclusions below apply to specific types of offers and products.

How we compare prices and shipping

For products shipped as standard parcels, we compare the total price including VAT and equivalent delivery to the customer’s address. If the competitor offers free delivery to the same address, we include this in the comparison.

For products requiring pallet freight, special transport or other bulky delivery, price matching applies to the product price. SimEdge’s shipping charge to the customer’s address is added and is not automatically covered by price matching.

In some cases, we may offer an adjusted shipping charge following an individual assessment. Any shipping discount will be stated in our personal offer before you order.

Free collection from a competitor’s physical store does not count as free shipping. If the competitor’s offer is available only for store collection, we can match the product price, but SimEdge’s standard shipping charge is added.

Standard parcel example: If the competitor’s product costs SEK 2,500 including VAT and the offer includes free, equivalent delivery to your address in Sweden, your approved purchase from SimEdge should cost a total of SEK 2,500 including VAT and shipping. No additional welcome discount applies.

Discounts

Price matching cannot be combined with SimEdge’s welcome discount, discount codes or automatic offers.

Exclusions

Member prices, personal offers, competitor discount codes, used products, demo products, outlet products, final clearance sales, liquidation sales, bankruptcy liquidation sales, marketplaces and obvious pricing errors are excluded.
